Luật bảo hiểm xã hội sửa đổi có hiệu lựctừngày 1/1/2016 điểm mới của Luật BHXH năm 2014 là với nhữngtrườnghợp thai sản mà chỉ có cha tham gia BHXH, cũng được hưởng trợcấpmột lần khi sinh con.Về chế độ hưu trí, để đạt được tỷ lệ hưởng lương hưu tối đa75%,Luật BHXH năm 2014 đã quy định lộ trình tăng dần thời gianđóngBHXH, tiến tới NLĐ có thời gian đóng BHXH đủ 30 năm với nữ và35năm với nam, được hưởng lương hưu tối đa 75%.
